As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns, building email lists, and ensuring our messages reach the right audience. Preferred Qualifications:

• Any bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Experience in automation workflows and customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and how to integrate them with email campaigns.

Skills

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in email marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies, list segmentation, and personalization.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance metrics.
• A basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and personalized email templates with clear calls to action.
• Manage and segment email databases to ensure accurate targeting.
• Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and email marketing best practices.
